밖에 돌아다니기 힘들정도로 너무 더운데요

요즘같이 푹~푹~ 찌는 더위엔 피서를가야 제맛이죠!

피서는 어떻게 표현하는게 좋을까요?

*avoid the hot summer 정도로 하면 되겠네요

I went swimming to avoid the hot summer 피서차 수영하러갔다

*beat the heat 더위를 식히다

fan oneself with a paper fan. 종이부채로 부채질 하다

He sweated all over 땀에 흠뻑 젖었다

smells sweaty 땀 냄새가 나다

I cannot handle the heat 난 더위를 잘 견디지 못한다

푹푹찐다!

What a sizzler!

Look like another scocher today 오늘도 푹푹찔 것 같네.

It's terribly hot 오늘도 엄청 덥겠다

It was sweltering

I am ill from the heat 나 더위먹었어요 or  I was affected by the heat

The heat is awful 완전 살인적인 날씨에요

It was sultry 후덥지근한 날씨

The heat kept me up all night 더워서 밤새 잠을 못잤다.

I feel irritated even when someone touches me 누군가 나를 건드리기만 해도 화가난다

I don't feel like doing anything 아무것도 하고싶지 않다

turn on the air conditioner 에어컨을 키다

The heat turned the milk sour 더위 때문에 우유가 상했어요

sunbath 일광욕하다  the beach was thick with sunbathers

apply sun screen 선크림을 바르다

get really tan 까맣게 타다

uncomfortable index 불쾌지수

The uncomfortable index was quite high 불쾌지수가 꽤 높다

The tettible heat had finally subsided by the evening 밤이 되서야 무더위가 한풀 꺽였네요
